Today, Drift Net has announced the promotion of Harsh Dave to the position of Chief Technology Officer. In this new capacity, Dave will be responsible for overseeing the engineering of innovative solutions, setting standards beyond market expectations, making informed decisions to optimize solutions and product development, and designing products with simplicity while meeting all specified requirements for Drift Net’s clients.

Since first joining Drift Net in 2021, Dave has served in several leadership positions, from a software engineering team member, to Director of Engineering. During this time, Dave was credited with a variety of important accomplishments, including:

- Positioned Drift Net at the forefront of industry trends by adopting AI across engineering processes.
- Enhanced Drift Net’s KnowWhat® SMS platform by leveraging proprietary technology.
- Drastically reduced operational costs by leading his team through an architectural overhaul.
- Optimized backend infrastructure to ensure Drift Net products’ self-reliability.
- Problem-solved platform-wide, scalable solutions tailored to an enterprise client’s needs.

According to Drift Net CEO, Aaron Coles, “Anyone who has worked at Drift Net knows about Harsh’s legendary work ethic, and we are very pleased to put him in a role with substantially more latitude.” On his promotion to CTO, Dave said, “First and foremost, I’m excited to be in the position where I can really actualize Aaron’s ideas.
